The Niantic River Watershed Committee conducts a number of activities throughout the year and throughout the watershed to achieve the goals of the 2020 Niantic River Watershed Protection Plan Update. Every two years, the Watershed Committee reviews, updates and prioritizes the Niantic River Watershed Work Plan. The Work Plan identifies activities based on the goals set forth in the Watershed Protection Plan to improve and protect the many natural resources in the Niantic River Watershed.
